Valentina Marcolungo
Valentina is a Market Activation Manager at Carrier with international experience across the UK and Italy, spanning start-ups, SMEs, trade associations, and multinationals. She specializes in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and business development, and is actively engaged in women’s empowerment initiatives — at Riello, she created and developed a women’s network, and at CBI she contributed to programs supporting women in business. Known for her adaptability and cross-market collaboration, Valentina has supported international SME growth and contributed to the launch of Urban Vision in London.
Since 2014, Valentina has also been deeply involved in political campaigning. She began as a Conservative Party campaigner in the UK, playing a key role in a successful cross-party effort in the House of Commons in 2015 for MP Fiona Bruce against the Assisted Dying Bill. In 2015, she joined the Italian Conservatives as a campaigner and was appointed Vice-Chair in 2021, supporting strategic initiatives and party growth.
