Mario Creatura

Mario is a highly experienced digital and campaigns specialist, dedicated to helping clients modernise their public affairs practices and strengthen their communications impact.

From 2017 to 2019, he served as Special Adviser to the Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street — the first to specialise in digital communication at that level. In this capacity, he was responsible for the Prime Minister’s digital communications strategy and played a leading role in developing the cross-government digital campaigns operation in partnership with the Cabinet Office.

With over a decade of experience in public affairs and corporate communications, Mario has held senior positions across a range of high-profile organisations, including Virgin Money, Heineken, Dentons Global Advisors, and within Parliament. His work has consistently focused on bridging strategic policy objectives with effective public engagement.

Mario continues to serve the Conservative Party as a Councillor in the London Borough of Croydon, where he applies his expertise in digital strategy, campaign management, and community engagement to deliver positive outcomes for local residents and the wider Party.
