Christian Vinante Giovannini
Chris Vinante is a Public Relations and Social/Political Communications Strategist, currently serving as Parliamentary Affairs Officer at the University of Hertfordshire and Administrative Director for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Emerging Drugs and Online Behavioural Trends, on behalf of the University. He is a former Conservative Party Senior Advisor and Consultant, having served as Deputy Field Director for the 2021 London Mayoral Campaign and briefly as Senior Advisor (Outreach) in late 2019. Chris was also Social Media Advisor to Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab MP (constituency level, 2023), and a Visiting Research Fellow in Social Media at the University of Hertfordshire (2021–22).
He is a former Director of Campaigns and currently Senior PR Advisor to the Conservatives Foreign and Commonwealth Council, the oldest active Conservative group, established in 1953.
Chris, a former professional music artist and director of the Green Room Club for Artists, has been involved in the music industry at various levels. He still amatorially sings and co-organises private events. In 2019, he co-founded the Parliamentary Society for Arts and Fashion, of which he is the Honorary President. He also holds an honorary position as Social Media Ambassador for London (CCHQ), managing the Conservatives Team London social media pages.
